In Hoste, peasant houses restored with taste but also with the modesty befitting their great age, surprise in rue du Petit-Pont and rue Saint-Jean. Imbued with undeniable charm, they all date from the 18th century. It seems that this is the most western expression of the zone of diffusion of the timber frame in Moselle. Still inhabited to this day, it is not possible to visit them.
