Cappel is known for its magnificent old farm, rue de la Forêt, enriched with sculpted and engraved decoration. It was built in 1708 by Andres Kremer and his wife Maria and was only slightly transformed after the Second World War. In front of the house, a beautiful calvary erected in 1812 clearly reflects the popular character of the art of our countryside. Rare evidence of 1741th century houses can be seen in rue Abbé Touba. Religious art also has its part, such as the calvary of XNUMX erected against the church and the chapel of the cemetery, in neo-Gothic style.
